This privacy policy explains how UK Agricultural Drones handles information submitted through this website. It is written for the current v1 directory and may be updated as the service develops.
What we collect
Quote and listing forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, farm or business name, postcode, county, service requirements, regions covered, website address and any notes you choose to provide.
How it is used
Quote enquiries are reviewed so we can understand the request and, where appropriate, share it with relevant UK agricultural drone operators. Listing forms are used to review, correct or add directory entries.
Sharing information
If you submit a quote request and give consent, your enquiry may be shared with relevant operators or providers so they can decide whether to respond. We do not sell enquiry data as a standalone list.
Email processing
Form notifications are sent by email using Resend. Email delivery may involve processing by Resend and related infrastructure providers. Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for the enquiry.
Directory data
Business listings may include information supplied by the business or found in public sources, such as business name, website, public contact details, services and approximate location. Operators can request corrections through the claim listing form.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to review, respond to and manage directory activity. You can request correction or deletion by emailing michael@ukagriculturaldrones.co.uk.
